The service
Tenzo Cloud provides access to language models via API and web chat on a subscription for the chosen period.
Subscription and payment
A subscription covers one model for the paid period and gives 4 parallel streams. Subscriptions to one model stack. Tokens are unlimited.
There are no automatic charges: when the period ends, access closes and can be renewed with a new payment.
The free trial is given once per account for 3 hours.
Fair use
Concurrent requests are limited by your subscription streams, and new requests by 120 per minute per account.
You may not use the service to break the law, send spam, attack other systems or resell access without an agreement with us.
If the rules are broken we may block the account and its keys.
Model output
Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Verify important decisions yourself.
Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation and show model health on the status page. Planned and unplanned maintenance may happen.
